Berry Agua Fresca
Light and refreshing Mixed Berry Agua Fresca - Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, honey and lemon flavor this easy spring and summer beverage.

- 4 cups (total) strawberries, blackberries and blueberries I chop the strawberries before measuring
- 4 cups Purified Water
- 1 tablespoon honey or more to taste
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice or more to taste
Place berries, 3 cups of water, honey and lemon juice in a blender, and process until smooth. Taste and add more honey and lemon, if desired. Stir in remaining 1 cup of water. Set a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl and pour the mixture through. Use a rubber spatula to lightly press on the solids. Discard the seeds. Refrigerate or serve immediately. I like to serve aguas frescas over ice, garnished with fresh berries, mint and/or lemon slices.
