Combine cream and milk. Keep refrigerated and use as a 1:1 substitute for any recipe that calls for half and half.

*You can make any quantity of half and half, just remember to use equal parts cream and milk. For example:½ cup half and half = ¼ cup cream + ¼ cup milk¼ cup half and half = 2 tablespoons cream + 2 tablespoons milk
