Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
Notes
I used Silk original sweetened coconut milk for this recipe. It's sold in the dairy aisle, near the milk. It is not overly sweet, which I prefer. If you want the drink to be sweeter you can add a few tablespoons of cream of coconut or agave nectar, to taste.Instead of using regular ice cubes, I made ice cubes out of coconut milk, so that they wouldn't dilute the flavor of the drink. You can also make the ice cubes out of limeade or make some of both.Feel free to add the alcohol of your choice before blending.
