You probably won't use all the filling. I used all but a ¼ cup. You want to fill the pastry crust with enough filling to make it substantial, but not so much that the crust won't support it once sliced. My recommendation for the leftover filling - chill it and eat it with a spoon (it'll be our little secret). ;)
