Ingredients

  • 4 ripe slightly firm bananas
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate candy (I used Snickers, peanut butter cups, M & M's and Krackel bars)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • Make a half-inch cut lengthwise along the inside curve of each banana, being careful not to cut all the way through. Use the knife to open the banana just slightly, to create a cavity for the filling. Place each banana on a piece of foil, and crimp and shape the foil around the banana to hold it (the banana should be cut side up).
  • Fill each banana with approximately ¼ cup of chopped candy. Place the bananas in a baking dish. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until the bananas have softened and the candy has melted. Eat while warm.
