  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or another milk of your choice
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree not pie filling
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup more or less, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein powder or collagen peptides unflavored or vanilla
  • drop vanilla extract optional
  • Handful of ice
  • Whipped cream for garnish, optional


  • Place all ingredients (except whipped cream) in a blender and process until smooth. Taste and adjust to suit your taste preferences. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
