If you use all half and half the creamer will have a richer, thicker texture. Feel free to use the milk of your choice to make it a little lighter. I like a combination of milk and half and half.
After chilling, the pumpkin and spices will settle slightly at the bottom of the creamer. Just give it a shake or stir right before using.
