All-Natural Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

A recipe for homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer made with all-natural ingredients and no refined sugar. Filled with pumpkin, spices, vanilla and maple syrup. Ready in 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or half and half or a combination of both (see note)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking frequently. Once all ingredients are combined, remove from heat. Use immediately or tranfer to a container and refrigerate (see note).

Notes

If you use all half and half the creamer will have a richer, thicker texture. Feel free to use the milk of your choice to make it a little lighter. I like a combination of milk and half and half.
After chilling, the pumpkin and spices will settle slightly at the bottom of the creamer. Just give it a shake or stir right before using.
