Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Enjoy sipping on the flavors of pumpkin, warm spices, and vanilla with this Pumpkin Spice Creamer. Make your own pumpkin spice lattes or fall-flavored coffee at home. This recipe comes together in minutes with only a handful of ingredients.

  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2-3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract


  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking frequently. Once all ingredients are combined, remove from heat. Use immediately or tranfer to a container and refrigerate (see note).


After chilling the pumpkin and spices will settle slightly at the bottom of the creamer. Just give it a shake or stir right before using.
