  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • One bottle sparkling apple cider approx 25 fl. oz.
  • Caramel sauce I prefer salted caramel
  • Whipped cream


  • Scoop vanilla ice cream into individual mugs or glasses. Drizzle with caramel sauce then pour over desired amount of apple cider. Top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
