Ingredients

unsweetened vanilla almond milk

scoop vanilla protein powder

frozen banana

teaspoon
espresso powder or instant coffee powder
A shot of espresso would work, too.

coffee flavored yogurt
I used Chobani Greek yogurt

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

crushed ice
Sweetener/sugar/honey to taste
this is personal preference
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
Notes
If desired, you can top with a bit of whipped cream.
