or milk of your choice

generous tablespoon
unsweetened cocoa powder

tablespoons
peanut butter
I prefer natural
a handful of ice cubes
if needed, to thicken
protein powder or collage peptides
optional
honey, maple syrup or agave
to taste
Instructions
