Stack or layer peach, tomato, mozzarella, and basil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic syrup. Serve immediately.

You can purchase balsamic glaze or you can make it. To make it, simmer ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until thickened, reduced and syrupy. Allow to cool slightly.
