Toasted bread topped with creamy Nutella and fresh fruit. A simple, delicious recipe that can be served for breakfast or dessert.

This Nutella toast might have been my lunch yesterday. And the day before. Can you blame me? Crunchy, toasted bread, creamy, chocolaty Nutella, and just enough fruit to make me feel like I’m eating something healthy.

I don’t buy Nutella often because when I do, I usually manage to find ways to eat it any time of day, for any reason, until it’s no longer in my pantry taunting me. It’s addicting!

This bruschetta is perfect for breakfast or brunch. It’s really just fancified toast! Even someone who isn’t comfortable in the kitchen can throw this together – I promise!

You don’t really need a recipe, just toast up some bread, spread generously with Nutella, and top with fruit. Enjoy!

Wow, looks like an easy and a quick recipe, I usually use Nutella for cake filling, but will try Bruschetta today with Banana and Mango slices, I think Mango slices will work too.
In between, I must say Allison, you are a great photographer too, as these are very eye catching and appealing images of this recipe, it added a life in picture and turned it more mouthwatering…

Yeah, I just love mangoes, I try to use them where ever it is possible; well, my family loved the combination and I am thinking to add this recipe in my breakfast list as it is too tasty and super quick to prepare, what else do we want in these super hurry mornings. 😀
Thanks again for sharing.
