Peach Mimosa – Sparkling wine combined with peach juice and a splash of raspberry liqueur. A pretty and elegant cocktail!

Hello, friends! I made you a Raspberry Peach Mimosa! It’s almost Mother’s Day, and Mom deserves something extra special. Let’s take our mimosas to the next level by swapping out the orange juice for peach juice, and adding a splash of raspberry liqueur.

Do you have big plans for Mother’s Day? I hope that you get to spend quality time with the important women in your life. My mom will be in town, and I’m looking forward to relaxing and making memories with her and my little ones.
Recipe

Raspberry Peach Mimosas
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peach juice, chilled
- 1 bottle Sparkling wine, chilled
- Raspberry liqueur, I used Chambord
- slices Raspberries and peach, for garnish
Instructions
- In a champagne flute, combine juice and champagne (I used ⅓ juice and ⅔ champagne). Top with a splash of raspberry liqueur, and garnish with raspberries and peaches.
