These caramel apple cider floats feature creamy vanilla ice cream, salted caramel, and bubbly sparkling apple cider. Summer meets fall in this festive and delicious treat!

This is the perfect recipe to bridge the gap between summer and fall! The ice cream gives a hint of summer and the apple cider tastes like fall. My apple pie ice cream is perfect for this time of year, too!

You only need three basic ingredients (four if you add whipped cream)!
- Vanilla ice cream
- Sparkling apple cider
- Salted caramel (I use store bought)
This “recipe” couldn’t be simpler. You are pretty much just assembling: scoop, drizzle, pour, swirl. You can handle that, right?
