Thank you Middle Sister for sponsoring this post. Bring your favorite Middle Sister wine along to all of your celebrations this year!
This easy Peach Sangria is ready in minutes! Fruity, refreshing and delicious – this will be your favorite summer cocktail.
Just in time for your holiday weekend, I’m bringing you the drink that you have to be sipping on as we usher in summer. Friends, meet the easiest, tastiest, prettiest Peach Sangria!
This sangria screams “SUMMER!” I am envisioning many summer days spent in the sun, sipping sangria and nibbling on the boozy fruit from the bottom of the pitcher. Who’s joining me?
Summer is a fantastic season for entertaining. With a little bit of planning and a laid back attitude, you can celebrate the season effortlessly. Mix up a pitcher (or more!) of sangria, ask your friends and family to bring small bites, and whip up some summery sweet treats (try my: peach cake, berry trifle, strawberry cupcakes or mini fruit tarts). If you’re able to, take the party outdoors for an even more relaxed vibe.
Sangria is perfect for entertaining because it can easily serve a crowd, you can use whatever fruits you have available, and it’s just darn festive. I mean, tell me you don’t want a big glass right this second?!
Today I’m teaming up with my friends at Middle Sister wines to bring you this fabulous Peach Sangria. Middle Sister wines were created 10 years ago by the founding women of the Wine Sisterhood. Founder Terry Wheatley was fascinated by her best friend’s middle daughter, Erin. From childhood, she was just more outrageous, more free-spirited, and simply larger than life. Terry created Middle Sister wines for middle sisters everywhere, so they finally get the attention they deserve. How fun is that? And speaking of fun, you have to check out the variety of labels from Middle Sister wines. They are playful and creative!
Peach Sangria
Peach juice, peach liqueur, peaches, raspberries, and strawberries are combined with Middle Sister Pinot Grigio or Moscato. This sangria is refreshing, flavorful, and it comes together in minutes.
If you prefer a sweeter sangria, I recommend Middle Sister Moscato. For a crisper sangria, go with the Middle Sister Pinot Grigio. They are both delicious in this sangria, and on their own.
Tips:
- Try serving this sangria over ice, it makes it extra refreshing.
- Don’t have fresh peaches? Nectarines, white peaches, or sliced frozen peaches work great, too!
- Throw in a few orange slices for an added citrus flavor.
- If you can’t find plain peach juice, use a peach blend. I’ve tried it with many different peach flavored juices.
Cheers to summer, sangria, and fabulous wine.
