Happy Halloween! I hope you have exciting plans for tonight. I’m looking forward to taking my 3 year old, Jake, trick or treating – we are SO excited.

If you find yourself with some leftover Halloween candy, I have a great, easy, recipe for you. These banana boats are a take on the traditional campfire treat. Usually, they are made by stuffing a banana with chocolate chips, and then roasting it over a fire. But, instead of  chocolate chips, I stuffed these with chopped chocolate candy bars (!!!)….
